Return Period

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must also be in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Certain types of goods are not eligible for return, such as:

• Perishable goods (e.g. adhesives, quick-drying products)
• Custom cut or special order items
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
• Discounted or clearance items (unless faulty)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at:

• Order number
• Reason for the return or exchange
• Pictures if the item is damaged or incorrect

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless:

• The return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item, damaged item)

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if paid by us) may be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company – it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
